Laramide and Gerle receive values from Mexican gold-silver property

Drilling on the Pragedia property in the Mexican state of Sonora has returned gold and silver values for partners Gerle Gold (VSE) and Laramide Resources (VSE).

The companies, which hold 32% and 50% interests, respectively, completed a 10-hole, reverse-circulation drill program on a series of fences to test an inferred shear structure within an area of historic mining.

Four of the 10 holes returned intervals in excess of 1 gram gold per tonne over 6 metres, with the best hole returning 18.3 metres grading 4.67 grams gold and 23 grams silver.

Laramide has now moved the drill rig to its Cerro Colorado property, also in Sonora.

The planned drilling will include a minimum of 2,000 metres in 20-22 holes, with the objective of testing two of 10 known mineralized structures.
