Tri Origin enters JV in Nevada

Toronto-based Tri Origin Exploration (TOE-T) has entered into an agreement with Australian-based Plutonic Resources to explore for gold in Nevada.

Plutonic can acquire a 60% stake in the joint venture by funding 80% of the first US$1.5 million of exploration. In return for funding the remaining costs, Tri Origin can hold a 40% interest.
