With the feasibility study for Tenke-Fungurume nearing completion, Tenke Mining (TNK-T) is negotiating with major companies interested in participating in the huge copper-cobalt project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Vancouver-based company says its discussions with selected industry participants are at an advanced stage. All participants have completed data room and site visits.
Tenke expects to complete negotiations and hammer out its funding strategy by the end of June.
