NEWS ROUNDUP — First Labrador drilling Ming’s Bight

A drill program by First Labrador Acquisitions (FLI-A) is testing the Ming’s Bight property on Newfoundland’s Baie Verte Peninsula.

The work program is aimed at testing the gold and base metal potential of the property. The junior holds an option to acquire 100% of the project, subject to a 3% net smelter royalty. The 500-metre program will consist of two holes to test geophysical anomalies. The 19-claim property is underlain mainly by mafic volcanic and sedimentary rocks that form part of the ophiolitic Point Rousse complex.
