Additional work set for Elder project

A $3-million underground program has started on the Elder mine property held by joint venture partners Nova Beaucage Mines (35%) and Aunore Resources (65%). Located near Rouyn, Que., the property includes the former producing Peel Elder mine.

Work will consist of 600 ft of crosscutting in the southwest section of the mine. This will enable the partners to test for additional reserves in this previously unexplored area. Surface drilling is under way.
