Suppliers’ Notes AIR CANADA

Air Ontario of London, Ont., Austin Airways of Timmins and Air Canada are to form an alliance in an attempt to improve air transportation services throughout Ontario. Pursuing this objective, both Air Ontario and Austin Airways have purchased new de Havilland Dash-8 aircraft. At presstime, Air Canada was to have acquired a majority interest in the two Ontario carriers. The alliance will provide for an integrated network serving more than 50 Ontario communities.
