Aunore drills Elder

Additional surface diamond drilling is being performed by Aunore Resources and partner Nova Beaucage Mines on their joint ventured Elder mine property near Rouyn, Que.

The work is designed to test for extensions of the No 1 vein to the east and west between the 5th and 7th levels of the mine workings. Drilling appears to have confirmed the vein’s extension to the west. Hole 49 cut 25 ft grading 0.14 oz gold per ton, including a 9.7-ft section assaying 0.2 oz.

Aunore says the drill hole indicates a possible thickening of the mineralized zone in this area of the mine.
