Curator, Granges complete deal

A private placement has been completed between International Curator Resources and Granges Exploration whereby Granges has purchased 1.3 million units at $1 per unit, each unit comprising one common share of Curator and one non-transferable warrant to purchase one additional common share at $1.30 exercisable for a one- year period.

Also, Canorex International, controlling shareholder of Curator, has agreed to sell up to 1,608,064 shares of Curator to Granges provided Granges fully exercises the warrants granted to it as part of the private placement.

Should Granges exercise its warrants and purchase the block of shares from Canorex, Granges would own approximately 50.1% of the fully diluted outstanding stock of Curator.

With the closing of the private placement, Curator has begun its exploration programs on the Jualin gold property in Alaska and the Sundance property in Wyoming.
