Two private placements have been entered into by St. Genevieve Resources of Montreal to raise funds for exploration.
One agreement is with E.M.Q. (1987) Mineral Exploration and Co., Ltd. Partnership whereby E.M.Q. will provide a maximum of $1.5 million before Feb 29 in return for flow-through shares priced at $5 per share.
The other agreement is with Fonds de Solidarite des Travailleurs du Quebec (fstq). St. Genevieve has agreed to issue 150,000 units at $3.40 per unit, each unit comprising one common share and half a warrant. The 75,000 warrants must be exercised within a year and entitle fstq to purchase 75,000 common shares of St. Genevieve at $4 per share.
