American Ore reports it has pooled its lands in the Iskut River area of northwestern B.C. with those of Golden Band Resources in the area, under an agreement made between American Ore, Golden Band, and Delaware Resource Corp.
According to American Ore, the pooled land holdings exceed 12,000 acres, and are contiguous to the north of the Cominco/Delaware S.N.I.P. gold discovery.
With expenditures of $400,000 each, American Ore and Golden Band can each earn a 33 1/3% interest in the pooled lands. Drilling could start this summer, depending on the results of current surface exploration.
