Augdome, which owns a group of patented claims in Tisdale Twp., adjacent to the Dome mine in Timmins, is alleging that Metalore conducted an illegal takeover of the company during 1987-88.
“We believe that the target of the Metalore takeover was the Tisdale property,” said Basil Gerol, president of Augdome. The action has been filed under the Ontario Securities Act.
Metalore, which is also involved in litigation with Ontex Resources, has filed a cross application against Augdome under the Ontario Business Corporations Act. The case is scheduled to be heard in March.
