An interim agreement between Adonos Resources (VSE) and Franklin Consolidated Mining (NASDAQ) will allow for the reopening of the Franklin gold-silver-base metal mine in the Idaho Springs area of Colorado, the companies say.
The agreement is subject to approval by the boards of directors of both companies. Adonos and Franklin each has a 50% interest in the project, which has undergone a detailed evaluation by Adonos.
