Vior continues Douay drilling

Low-grade assays are reported by Societe d’Exploration Miniere Vior (ME) from drill work during January at the Douay gold property near Joutel, Que.

Ten holes were completed and another one started. A total of 14,356 ft. of drilling was realized, including an abandoned hole in the overburden and a wedge.

Six of the holes tested zone 531 and three tested zone 10; the two remaining holes checked other targets.

Hole D-93-04 (on zone 10) intersected 35 ft. averaging 0.14 oz. gold per ton. Hole D-93-09 (also on zone 10) returned 55 ft. grading 0.08 oz., including 10 ft. of 0.15 oz.

Vior has three rigs on the property and hopes to complete 15,000 ft. of drilling during February.
