An option to earn a 50% interest in the Clementine gold property in Grevet and Franquet twps., about 30 km north of Lebel sur Quevillon, Que., is being negotiated by Ressources William (ME) with Lac Minerals (TSE).
A letter of intent calls for William to earn a 50% interest by spending $250,000 on exploration work by Dec. 31, 1994. William says it intends to perform a drilling program involving 15 targets outlined by Lac. The final agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
