Cons. Pope raising exploration funds

Junior Consolidated Pope Valley Holdings (VSE) expects to raise $10.5 million through a special warrant financing.

Goepel Shields, Yorkton Securities and First Marathon have agreed to an agency offering of three million warrants at $3.50 each.

The warrants are convertible into one common share and half a warrant exercisable at $3.50 in the first year and $4.02 thereafter until Oct. 31, 1995.

The funds will be used to acquire, explore and develop gold projects in Bolivia.
