LAST BUT NOT LEAST — Name change for Red Rock

Junior Red Rock Mining (NASDAQ) has acquired the Goldfield project in Nevada and changed its corporate name.

Red Rock issued 12 million shares to American Resource (NASDAQ) for the latter’s 50% interest in Goldfield. American Resource now owns 74.2% of Red Rock, which has changed its name to American Pacific Minerals. The expanded Goldfield project is expected to enter production in July.
