Toronto-listed Repadre Capital has received net proceeds of $17.1 million from its previously announced issue of six million special warrants at $3 each. The final prospectus was recently approved by regulators in British Columbia, Ontario and Nova Scotia.
Repadre buys and creates royalty interests in the natural resource sector.
