A private placement of 107,360 units at $1 each has been negotiated by Jarvis Resources (VSE).
A unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable warrant entitling the holder to buy an additional share for $1 during the first year and $1.15 during the second.
Proceeds will be used partly to attract additional financing. Jarvis produces marble and limestone products near Sudbury, Ont.
