Correction (October 03, 1994)

Vancouver-listed Loumic Resources will not acquire a half interest in a cyanide mill nor the San Luis or Cayayi concessions in Venezuela, contrary to a report in our Sept. 26 issue (C section).

In early September, Whiskey Creek Resources (VSE) announced details of an agreement with a Venezuelan company to acquire a 50% interest in the San Luis concession in the Callao camp, as well as a half interest in the Cayayi concession in the Bochinche region and a 25% interest in a custom cyanide vat-leaching gold operation. The operation will process concentrates, tailings from local operations, and bulk samples from the company’s own concessions in Venezuela.
