INSIDER TRADING — Inco officers exercise options and sell

Five officers of Inco (TSE) exercised options and sold shares in September.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, senior officer Lorne Ames exercised 920 options at US$23.19 and sold 920 shares at $41.25 to hold 126 shares.

Senior officer James Ashcroft exercised 4,706 options at US$23.07-23.19 and sold 4,706 shares at $40.38-40.63 to hold 105 shares.

Director and senior officer Micheal Sopko exercised 3,555 options at US$25 and sold 3,555 shares at US$30.63 to hold 7,837 shares.

Senior officer Anthony Munday exercised 1,611 options at US$23.07-25 and sold 1,274 shares at $30 to hold 1,776 shares.

Senior officer J.S. Warner exercised 5,000 options at US$23.19 and sold 5,000 shares at US$30.63 to hold 10,723 shares.

Golden Rule Resources (TSE) — Glen Harper, director and senior officer, sold 17,000 shares at $2.95 to hold 1.2 million shares. Barbara O’Neill, senior officer, exercised 10,000 options at $2.05 and sold 10,000 shares at $2.80 to hold no shares and 20,000 options.

Hemlo Gold Mines (TSE) — Ian Bayer, senior officer, sold 5,000 shares at $14.75 to hold 45,100 shares.

Kettle River Resources (VSE) — Ellen Clements, director, bought 15,000 shares at $1.30-1.40 to hold 315,870 shares.

Metall Mining (TSE) — Robert Dickson, director, bought 25,000 shares at $11.25 to hold 25,000 shares. Sidney Robinson, director, bought 50,000 shares at $11.25 and sold 27,000 shares at $12.88-13.75.

Minefinders (VSE) — Harold Blake, director, sold 8,800 shares at $5.13-5.38 to hold 11,200 shares. Dale Hendrick, director and senior officer, sold 28,100 shares at $4.85-5.25 to hold 5,800 shares. He was also granted 50,000 options at $1 to hold 55,800 options.
