The mining recorder in Ontario’s Larder Lake mining division has made a ruling regarding the conflict between Sudbury Contact Minerals (TSE) and CDN-listed Strike Minerals. The case concerns three disputed claims in Arnold Twp.
Strike’s claims were refused for recording by the mining recorder. Strike plans to appeal the decision to the mining and lands commissioner.
