World Wide defines open-pit reserve

Drill results indicate that the Easter property in Nevada hosts an open-pit reserve of 1.5 million tons averaging 0.069 oz. gold per ton.

Three holes drilled by owner World Wide Minerals (TSE), in the western section of the Main vein, ran higher than previous samples. Hole 25 intersected 65 ft. averaging 0.059 oz., including 35 ft. that ran 0.079 oz. Hole 26 hit 50 ft. that averaged 0.064 oz., of which 40 ft. graded 0.074 oz. Hole 35 encountered 30 ft. that ran 0.086 oz.

Additional drilling will be carried out in an attempt to calculate reserves in the western section.

Holes 23, 24 and 36, drilled to test deeper portions of that section, were terminated early. An additional hole, drilled to the east of hole 36, indicated that a high-grade zone was offset by a fault. The company will use either a tricone bit or diamond drill to define the deeper portion of this zone.

Hole 27, which was drilled southeast of the Main vein in order to test a geophysical anomaly, yielded encouraging results, suggesting the property has other zones of mineralization.
