A preliminary agreement has been reached between Ressources Miniere Forbex (ME) and Minnova (TSE) regarding the optioning of property in Beauchastel Twp., near Rouyn-Noranda, Que. The agreement will give Forbex the right to acquire a 50% interest in lot 50, range 4 (the Chabot claim), which lies adjacent to its wholly owned Bazooka property.
To obtain its interest, Forbex must spend $50,000 on exploration work by Dec. 31, 1992. Forbex must also give Minnova the right of first refusal if the junior decides it requires a partner for the Bazooka property.
