Drilling will test a northwest-trending structure on the Tallman property in Guyana.
Cathedral Gold (TSE) can earn a 90% interest in the property, which is 5 miles from the company’s Hicks project.
In addition to constructing a road to the Tallman property, the company carried out gridding, soil geochemical sampling, prospecting and geophysical surveys. A major northwest-trending structure was outlined, which extends through the Tallman pit, where small-scale mining was undertaken by the property vendor.
Previously released sampling results from the 330 ft. of strike exposed by the Tallman pit averaged 3.3 oz. gold per ton over a true width of 3 to 5 ft.
