LITERATURE REVIEW SPECIAL — NEWS ROUNDUP — Softrock steps up exploration

Softrock Petroleums (STZ-A) has applied for a third mineral exploration licence in Greenland.

When issued, the new licence will cover 30,000 acres in west Greenland, where kimberlite dykes and microdiamonds have been reported. Softrock is already exploring for Voisey’s Bay-type nickel-copper-cobalt deposits, gold and diamonds on two other licences in south Greenland that cover 350,000 acres.
