News Roundup — Golden Briar seeks prospects near Sudbury

Golden Briar Mines (ME) is acquiring 128 claims near Sudbury, Ont.

The property lies within the Wanapitei gravity-magnetic anomaly, a gabbronorite complex being explored by several junior companies. Just west of the claims, Flag Resources (ASE) intersected sparse, but consistent, nickel-copper mineralization in two holes drilled 2 miles apart.

Golden Briar’s acquisition is subject to a 5% carried interest.
