DIAMOND NEWS ROUNDUP — Caledonia drills on Dunvegan

Drilling for kimberlites on the Dunvegan property in the Northwest Territories is set to begin.

Caledonia Mining (TSE) will begin its program on the 86,000-acre property, 80 km west of Lac de Gras. Nine geophysical anomalies will be drilled. Geochemical testing of indicator mineral trains emanating from these targets has revealed chemistry indicative of diamondiferous sources.

To date, Caledonia has explored 20% of the Dunvegan land position, identifying the nine drill targets within this portion.

Pending the results of the drill program, a comprehensive exploration program will be conducted on the remaining 80% of the property.
