Eden Roc steps up drill-testing

Toronto-based Eden Roc Mineral (EDN-T) is drilling its Aniuri, Asupiri and Adiopan prospects in Ivory Coast to test their potential for hosting sulphide reserves.

Other drills are testing exploration targets, while a single drill is assigned to oxide ore definition for the heap-leach operation at Afema.

Among the drill results recently released are: grades of 0.7-5.4 grams gold per tonne over narrow widths in the Toliesso A and B zones; anomalous values grading 0.4 gram gold over widths of 10-40 metres on the northern extension of the Aniuri deposit; gold mineralization averaging 2 grams over 3 metres along a strike length of 900 metres at Aniuri South; and grades ranging from 1.01 grams over 11 metres to 10.2 grams over 2 metres at the Ayame 10 zone.
