EXPLORATION ’99 – NEWS ROUNDUP — Madison nabs more of Mt Kare

Madison Enterprises (MNP-T) has increased to 90% its interest in the Mt. Kare gold-silver project in Papua New Guinea. The remaining stake is held by local landowners.

Mt. Kare hosts 20.4 million tonnes grading 5.6 grams gold and 28.7 grams silver per tonne. A resource update, plus results from ongoing metallurgical tests, will be released in the coming months. Future efforts will focus on advancing the project to the feasibility stage.
