Some companies wait for the future. We make it happen. Since 1967, we’ve believed in the potential of the oil sands and our ability to turn that vision into reality. Today, Suncor Energy is a world leader in oil sand mining, using proven technology and processes to extract a record 93,600 barrels per day from the Athabasca oil sands near Fort McMurray, Alberta. The future is even brighter. Project Millennium – our $2 billion plan for the oil sands – is expected to increase production to 220,000 barrels per day in 2002.

To meet that goal we are looking for the following…Suncor is seeking outstanding talent to fill a number of new key positions in our Mine Engineering Department.
