Horsham changes vote

Under the new bylaws, Munk’s shares will carry 50 votes per share as opposed to 10 votes under the old rules. Munk, who owns 7.5 million multiple voting shares of the company, only owns 1.7% of the company’s 77 million subordinated shares. Horsham says that it wants to grow without diluting the control position held by Munk.
