Terex to earn 30% of Eskay property

According to Terex, six showings have been located on the Catear/Bighorn Corey group by previous owners who encountered anomalous values in precious and base metals.

“Additional work is necessary to determine the extent of those showings,” said President James Wade of Terex.

Included in the agreement is another 12,350-acre property known as the Treaty claims which are adjacent to the east of ground held by Tantalus Resources (VSE) , and nine miles northeast of Newhawk Gold Mines’ (TSE) Brucejack gold/silver de posit.

The geological formation hosting the Calpine/Stikine discovery is thought to extend into the western end of the Treaty property for about one mile b efore it s kirts along the property’s southwest boundary for another two miles.

Several anomalous areas of gold and silver mineralization exist on the property, according to Wade.
