A production record was set by Minerex Resources (TSE) for the quarter ended Nov. 30.
The company reports third-quarter gold production of 12,770 oz. from its 50% owned Aurora Partnership mine near Hawthorne, Nev., bringing 9-month production up to 28,050 oz.
Earnings for the quarter were $569,000, or 7 cents per share, while 9-month earnings were $1.4 million or 12 cents per share. The average realized price of gold during the quarter was US$365, down from US$378 for the first nine months of the year.
Electra North West Resources (VSE) owns the other 50% of the Aurora mine.
