U.S. REPORT — Syndicate evaluates Getchell’s leases

Four separate geological targets were evaluated during a first-phase trenching and surface sampling program carried out by the Goldrun Syndicate on the Decker, Torok and Goldrun mineral leases in Humboldt Cty., Nev.

The syndicate can earn a 50% interest in the three leases from Getchell Resources (VSE) by spending $500,000 on exploration by mid-July of 1996. (The leases are subject to various

underlying royalties by the lease vendors.)

Getchell reports that the four target areas warrant drill testing, and have potential for hosting minable gold reserves which collectively could be processed through a centrally located plant.
