With the recent purchase of an additional 125,000 shares, Prime Resources Group (VSE) now owns 1.04 million shares of Avondale (VSE), or about 16.56% of Avondale’s issued and outstanding shares. Prime owns the shares through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Prime Capital and Prime Equities.
