Portfield Industries (COATS) has changed its name to Canmine Resources (COATS) and expects to be trading under its new name and share structure immediately. Canmine has a portfolio of 10 precious and base metal prospects in Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba, including a 15% royalty in the Fontana gold property, where $8 million has been spent to date.
Canmine is currently preparing its 1990-91 exploration program and budget. The company has 1.14 million common shares issued and outstanding.
