NEWS ROUNDUP — Louvem acquires Peruvian gold play

Toronto-listed Louvem Mines has acquired a 12,350-acre, gold-bearing, gravel property in southern Peru.

Situated near Nazca on the costal plain, the ground was staked at a cost of US$10,000.

The gold-bearing horizon is 30 metres thick and surface samples have yielded values in the range of 0.03 oz. per ton.

The entire thickness of the horizon will be sampled at 16 pre-selected sites to determine the continuity and distribution of the gold.
