Dynacor drilling Siscoe mine

An underground drilling program by Mines Dynacor (ME) will be aimed at uncovering new gold mineralization deep at the Siscoe mine property near Val d’Or, Que.

The junior, which is planning a $300,000 flow-through-share financing, will focus its exploration effort below 2,475 ft., the deepest level of previous mining at the past producer. The company is hoping to find a zone similar to Siscoe’s Principale zone, which was mined between 1919 and 1945. Dynacor performed a limited surface drilling program this past summer in hopes of proving up reserves for an open-pit operation.
