After compiling results from last year’s reconnaissance mapping and sampling program, Continental Precious Minerals (ME) has identified a 400-sq.-km area with nickel geochemical anomalies on its Baffin Island claims.
In addition to the geochemical anomalies, the company has staked 47 electromagnetic and magnetic targets hosted in a 20 km-long ultramafic belt also on Baffin Island in Canada’s Arctic. The company intends to acquire additional nickel targets as its interpretation of existing data evolves.
Continental Precious Metals has entered into an agreement with International Capri Resources (VSE) whereby Capri will purchase a 42% interest in the Baffin Island claims. The agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
