The American Copper Council (ACC) will hold an intermediate-level hedging seminar on Sept. 10 at Manhattan’s Warwick Hotel in New York, N.Y.
Featuring an address by John Gross, vice-president of strategic metal for BICC Cable and an ACC board member, the seminar will emphasize practical mechanics and hands-on applications.
Lectures and workshops will address various aspects of hedging, including: starting a hedge program and managing a copper book; selecting a month in which to hedge; and tax implications.
For more information, contact the ACC’s Mary Boyle at (212) 945-4990.
