Reports issued by the Ontario Securities Commission show that executives at Romarco Minerals (R-T) were active traders in that company’s stock from December 1997 to February 1998.

Judith Robinson, director, was granted 80,000 options at $2.25, exercised 125,000 at 75cents and sold 58,000 shares at $2.25-3.15, to hold 320,000 options and 110,000 shares; Joseph Van Bastelaar, director, was granted 90,000 options at $2.25, exercised 50,000 at 75cents and sold 68,000 shares at $2.50-3.10, to hold 632,000 options and 35,000 shares; Sally Rollinson, director, was granted 10,000 options at $2.25; Gary Nobrega, director, was granted 35,000 options at $2.25; and Glen Brown, director, was granted 10,000 options at $2.25.

* Greystar Resources (GSL-V) — Tanya Gunther, director, sold 61,800 shares at 95cents-$1 to hold 191,950.
