Safety/Loss Controller
As a seasoned safety expert, you’ll direct efforts to effectively develop and enhance the safety programs and systems at our BATH and WOODSTOCK cement plant facilities. To succeed, you have 10 years’ demonstrated experience leading the development and implementation of safety programs, preferably utilizing the International Safety Rating System. Ideally, you are an accredited Safety Auditor and hold a CFSP designation. Superb communication, leadership, and teamwork skills are essential. Expertise in heavy industry within a unionized environment is also preferred. Fluency in French and English is an asset.

Maintenance Analyst
A self-motivated, innovative, and talented troubleshooter, you’ll oversee our WOODSTOCK plant’s preventative and predictive maintenance program. Highly organized and capable of communicating effectively at all levels, you will enhance equipment uptime, analyze/resolve equipment concerns, and support and participate in the plant’s major overhaul program. A team player with good computer skills (i.e. exposure to CMMS, MS WORD, EXCEL), you have an understanding of advanced diagnostic equipment, an Engineering Technologist diploma or a Mechanical Engineering degree, and heavy industry experience with continuous process equipment. As well, you have demonstrated equipment troubleshooting capabilities and supervisory abilities.
Industrial & Construction Millwrights — Temporary
Qualified candidates will have the required provincial tickets obtained through formal training and work experience in a heavy industrial setting.
