Indicated resources are pegged at 582,934 tonnes grading 9.13 grams gold per tonne, with inferred resources estimated at 122,866 tonnes grading 5.11 grams.
The main gold-mineralized zone is an average of 3 metres wide and has been traced over a distance of 400 metres and to a depth of 200 metres.
The best result from previous drilling came from hole 54, which returned 16.5 true-width metres (from 65 metres) in zone A within the Osborne zone, grading 6.1 grams gold, including 9.4 metres of 9.8 grams.
Other highlights include the following:
– Hole 43 — 1.7 metres of 8.5 grams gold in zone A and 2.5 metres of 5.8 grams gold in zone B;
– Hole 44 — 1.1 metres of 3.1 grams gold in zone A and 3.5 metres of 2 grams gold in zone B;
– Hole 47 — 2.5 metres of 5.2 grams gold in zone A.
More recent drilling returned 9.8 grams gold over 11.5 metres at a depth of less than 50 metres.
The company says additional intersections (not included in the evaluation), grading up to 9.76 grams gold over 9.2 metres, suggest new zones that may increase resources.
