Vancouver —
Assays from two of the six holes drilled on the North and South zones indicate up to 82 metres grading 0.4% copper, including a 21-metre section of 0.8% copper. Within these intersections, 2-4% copper was encountered over widths of 1-2 metres.
Drilling intersected zones of magnetite-chalcopyrite mineralization, which suggest a folded sequence of mafic volcanics and flow breccias associated with an area of calc-silicate alteration sitting between the North and South zones.
More drilling is planned.
The project is in the Quesnel trough, which hosts alkalic porphyry copper-gold and skarn deposits.
