A preliminary exploration program is under way on the Black Twp., Ont., gold property controlled by Newjay Resources. The 268-claim property, near Kirkland Lake, is being surveyed by geophysical instruments. Anomalous areas will be tested by a till sampling program.
Work completed in 1985 outlined several widely spaced geophysical anomalies which are being examined in detail this summer.
