Two closely associated companies in the I.C. Christopher camp — Honcho Gold Mines and Baden Explorations — have reached an agreement with Beaufield Resources Inc. which will see the latter carry out an immediate exploration program on a 30-claim group they hold jointly in Montgolfier Twp. in Quebec’s Casa Berardi area.
Under the terms of the agreement, Beaufield can earn a 50% interest in this property by spending up to $350,000 on a field pro gram which calls for geophysical work which is already under way, with diamond drilling expected to get started in 2-3 weeks on what is deemed a lively target outlined by a previous aerial survey.
Honcho and Baden hold an additional 30 claims in this same area but which are not included in the Beaufield agreement.
The shares of all three companies are listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
