50 YEARS AGO — May 1937 — Plaintiffs Lose Action over Ross Mine

Litigation which has been proceeding for more than a year in connection with the Ross Mine, Hislop Twp development of Hollinger Consolidated Gold Mines, was brought to an end last week by a decision from by Mr Justice Keiller Mackay. He dismissed the action, confirming a deal whereby Hollinger came into possession of the property. Reprinted from The Northern Miner, May 1937.
