ATLANTA GOLD CORP. — Olaf Tolpinrud appointed chairman; Jean Bernard Nantel, president and chief executive officer; Owen Granger, secretary and controller and Alan Morrish, vice-president operations.

NKK CORP. — Mikio Hasegawa of Tokyo appointed general manager of the Canadian office in Vancouver, succeeding Mitsuo Hayashi. NKK is chief co-ordinator of coking coal purchases in Canada on behalf of Japan’s steel industry.

CANADIAN CARIBOO RESOURCES — Richard W. Donaldson and Gordon M. Ritz appointed to the board of directors. Brian Gracey, William Diston and Jane Heath have resigned from the board.

KEEFER RESOURCES — Daniel A. Small appointed a director.

ATHABASKA GOLD — Dr Robert J. M. Miller appointed to the board of directors.

BRADNER RESOURCES–Ernest Lester and Akiko Levinson appointed to the board. George E. Scott has resigned from the board.
