NEWS ROUNDUP — Beauchamps drills Quebec property

Drilling has commenced on Beauchamps Exploration’s (VSE) 87-claim Verneuil Twp. gold property just east of Lebel-sur-Quevillon, Que.

In October, gold mineralization was discovered in a new pyrite-bearing, silicified and carbonatized fold-shear zone. The new zone, at the western end of the property, is over 100 ft. wide and has returned gold values up to 0.27 oz. per ton.

A recently completed induced polarization (IP) survey has outlined a 1,600-ft.-long anomaly coincident with the mineralized zone. A second, subparallel IP anomaly has also been identified.

The drill program will initially test the new gold mineralized structure over its geophysically inferred strike length. Additional geophysical targets will be tested as time permits.
