NEWS ROUNDUP — Tri Origin finishes geophysical program

Toronto-based Tri Origin Exploration (TSE) reports that it has completed a surface and downhole geophysical program on its Lewis Ponds base metal property in Australia.

Meanwhile, hole TLPD-5, drilled between holes TLPD-2 and TLPD-3 at Lewis Ponds, returned values consistent with previous results. A 6.5-metre intersection of the Spicer zone returned 2.37% zinc, 0.91% lead, and 0.06% copper while the Lower zone returned 22.8 metres grading 1.13% zinc, 0.44% lead and 0.1% copper.

Tri Origin has also filed an application for a 63-sq.-km claim block adjoining the nearby Orange property and has started preliminary exploration on the Sault property north of Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.
